Finally MSC certified shrimp/prawn fisheries

Guess I took my eye off this for a while. There are now three certified sustainable shrimp fisheries in the world.

Good news, shrimp without the guilt.

Now I just need to find where I can buy them in Hong Kong

The only restaurant I have come across in HK that seems to have a good attitude to sustainable fishing is DotCod http://www.dotcod.com/ though I dont know if they have MSC shrimp/prawns! I will ask next time I go there though.

I didn't realize shrimp fishing was not sustainable. I think most of us could use some more education on this. Talk of destroying the planet's marine environment has been going on for as long as I can remember. But now it seems to have gotten lost. All we hear about is terrorism and the recession.
